Job summary

The role reports to the General Manager, Product Communications and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent storytelling from check-in to lounge experiences. The ideal candidate will craft integrated plans for announcements, milestones and product launches, while developing media strategies and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field (preferred).
• Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in corporate or product communications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Thread communications strategy for connected onboard experience and day-of-travel product portfolio.
• Develop integrated communications plans for announcements, milestones and launches.
• Create media materials and proactive storytelling opportunities.
• Develop internal and external content including News Hub stories and leader talking points.
• Provide strategic counsel to business leaders and product teams throughout the lifecycle.
