Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or related discipline.
• Exceptional business writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to create original content from scratch, not just edit contributions.
• Experience developing communications for executives or senior leadership preferred.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and turn conversations into compelling content.
• Excellent proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of audience, brand voice, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create original executive and corporate communications from concept through completion.
• Develop articles, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, press releases, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, and other corporate communications.
• Repurpose major initiatives and announcements into multiple pieces tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Interview executives and internal stakeholders to uncover stories, messages, and insights.
• Write with audience, purpose, brand voice, and business objectives in mind.
• Ensure communications are polished, aligned with brand, and accurate.
• Support corporate events through pre- and post-event communications and content development.
• Partner with leadership to develop high-quality content with minimal editing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Take ownership of the content development process and collaborate across the organization.
