Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with APIs, cloud technologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale digital platforms.
• Data-driven decisions driving measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills.
• 8+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of digital product capabilities from ideation through production release.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, business cases, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks.
• Translate customer needs, objectives, and constraints into actionable product requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on conversion, engagement, reliability, and satisfaction.
• Lead requirements for APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.
