Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide seeks an experienced Product Analytics leader to drive forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic insights across franchises and categories. You will align product strategy with financial targets, partnering with PLMs, planning teams, and senior leadership to influence line decisions and performance benchmarks.

You will mentor the Product Analytics Analyst, develop dashboard tools, and champion AI-assisted reporting to improve decision‑making and reporting cadence.

Qualifications

• Proven financial modeling across forecasting, margin, and cost analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-season forecasting and revenue/margin planning with PLMs and Planning bodies.
• Develop scenario models feeding annual and long-range plans.
• Create dashboards and reports for leadership with actionable insights.
