Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in Rockford, Michigan seeks a Senior Analyst, Process & Data Analytics to own planning reporting and analytics across IBP, MRP, and ERP systems. You will translate business needs into scalable dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and drive improvements with IT and Master Data teams.

You will lead UAT and deployment, document processes, and mentor users while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with planners and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in footwear/apparel industry preferred.
• Strong planning systems and ERP experience (e.g., SAP) preferred.
• Expertise in IBP, MRP, inventory control, demand planning, and analytics.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau; SQL or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with planners, IT, Master Data, and stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and process improvements.
• Build reports and dashboards using Enterprise Semantic Models to support data-driven decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Own planning reporting solutions and analytical tools; ensure maintenance and adoption.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and deployment of tool enhancements.
• Drive data quality investigations and root-cause analysis with IT and Master Data teams.
• Develop and maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and training materials.
• Escalate risks identified in reports and dashboards to leadership.
