Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales operational effectiveness across order management, fulfillment, and revenue realization.
• Support forecasting, revenue tracking, and business planning through data reporting.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Credit, and Distribution Centers.
• Ensure timely execution of customer commitments and revenue objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve account assignments.
• Manage order book health, backlog integrity, and shipment performance; analyze risks.
