Responsibilities

• Drive sales operational effectiveness with commercial teams.
• Support forecasting, revenue tracking, and planning.
• Liaise between Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, CS, Credit, and DCs.
• Ensure timely execution of customer commitments and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities for sales process improvements.
• Manage order book health and shipment performance.
