Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. seeks an Analytics-driven Ecommerce Planner to drive financial planning, promotional strategy, inventory management, and performance analysis.

The role partners cross-functionally to deliver KPI metrics in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You'll forecast sales, inventory, and receipts, collaborate with buyers on assortments, and lead promotional forecasting to maximize profitability while maintaining stock health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of planning experience in ecommerce/retail.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop department, class and key item forecasts including sales, inventory, receipts, and Open to Buy forecasts.
• Partner with Buyers to build assortments that support merchandise strategies and financial goals.
• Lead promotional planning and forecasting efforts to drive profitable sales growth and inventory productivity.
• Partner on day-to-day business management through ongoing performance analysis of sales, margin, inventory, demand, and digital metrics.
