Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Manager to lead the Produce Department, drive sales, and ensure exceptional fresh produce quality.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance coaching, while upholding safety standards and store policies in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong customer service and teamwork to deliver a premier shopping experience.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–3 years in grocery retail management.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Food Handlers permit required.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Experience with coaching and performance reviews preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee sales and operation of the Produce Department.
• Ensure quality control, merchandising, cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and scheduling.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend store meetings; recruit and collaborate with Store Manager.
• Make promotion decisions in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Lead a team to deliver quality produce and service.
• Act as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
