• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• General housekeeping, safety, and Weights and Measures knowledge.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and cleanliness of the produce department.
• Manage inventory and staffing, including scheduling and performance coaching.
• Lead and develop team members, conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and collaborate with Store Manager on personnel decisions.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality service and product knowledge.
• Act as MOD or Key Carrier as needed and communicate standards storewide.
