Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with basic math knowledge.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to interact with customers with a friendly attitude and strong communication.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department as per guidelines.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Produce team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Maintain freshness standards through receiving, processing, packaging, pricing, and rotation.
• Help lead a team to deliver high quality products and exceptional customer service.
