Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Manager to oversee the Produce Department's sales, operations, and customer service. You will lead a team, ensure quality, manage inventory, coach staff, and drive merchandising standards to deliver fresh, high-quality produce.

This role requires 1–3 years in grocery retail with produce leadership, strong communication, scheduling, safety compliance, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of grocery retail management experience, preferably in produce
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Knowledge of safety, weights & measures, and store policies
• Experience with scheduling and merchandising standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Produce Department
• Manage quality control and department cleanliness
• Handle inventory management and stock levels
• Coach team members through feedback and performance reviews
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in planning
• Recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with Store Manager
• Address team member concerns with appropriate actions
• Schedule staffing to maximize productivity
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to staff
• Lead a team delivering high-quality produce and service
• Serve as a key carrier or Manager on Duty as needed
