Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year procurement experience, and strong communication skills. The role may involve on-site work with potential overtime and safety considerations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year procurement experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and basic ERP/inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities to meet current and anticipated demand.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
• Assess orders to expedite or de-expedite for timely delivery.
• Research and evaluate vendors for quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Monitor product quality and timeliness; coordinate returns/replacements.
• Communicate order status to customers and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain supplier relationships and document cost savings opportunities.
• Follow corporate SOPs and keep worksite professional and neat.
