Vallen Distribution in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle procurement activities, purchase goods, and ensure reliable supply that meets price and quality standards. You will work at a customer location, coordinating orders and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will place requisitions and vendor orders, monitor delivery timelines, resolve issues with vendors, and strive for cost savings while upholding Vallen's procedures.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in procurement preferred.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to learn ERP and Inventory Management applications.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Procure stock and non-stock items to meet customer demand.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
• Evaluate vendors and items to ensure price, quality, and delivery.
• Monitor delivery timelines and communicate status to customers.
• Coordinate issue resolution with suppliers and customers.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings.
