Vallen USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer locations by purchasing products that meet price, quality, timing, and reliability standards. You will work with suppliers to ensure stock availability and timely delivery while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in procurement preferred.
• Excellent customer service.
• Computer skills and aptitude to learn ERP and Inventory Management applications.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and execution skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Perform procurement activities to meet the customer's demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Assess existing orders to determine action for expediting or de-expediting for timely delivery.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders.
• Research and evaluate vendors and items to meet specifications, pricing, and delivery standards.
• Monitor quality and timeliness of products; coordinate returns/replacements.
• Follow up on orders with vendors and communicate status to customers.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and document them.
