Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years procurement experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; organized and numerical.
• Proficient in MS-Office; strong verbal and written communication.
• Willing to learn and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities to meet customer demand and align with purchasing strategies.
• Expedite or de-expedite orders and place requisitions and POs as needed.
• Research and assess vendors to meet specifications, price, and delivery standards.
• Monitor quality and timeliness; coordinate returns or replacements when needed.
• Communicate order status with customers and resolve vendor issues.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and document cost-saving opportunities.
• Adhere to SOPs and ensure a clean, professional worksite; perform other duties as assigned.
