Job summary

Rosendin Electric is hiring a Procurement Specialist in Coppell, TX. You will manage purchasing of electrical equipment and materials, forecast needs, and issue subcontracts with the Procurement Department across multiple suppliers.

You’ll source vendors, analyze quotes, and ensure orders are tracked and expeditied while supporting the estimating team for bids. A strong knowledge of electrical construction procurement is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced procurement in electrical construction.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Receive requisitions from project managers and field operations.
• Review and source materials and equipment per company procedures.
• Solicit quotations from vendors.
• Generate and distribute purchase orders.
• Track and expediting of all orders.
• Support estimating with vendor quotes.
