Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a Procurement Specialist to handle purchasing of electrical equipment, materials, and subcontracts. You will forecast needs, source vendors, issue orders, and track procurement for multiple projects, contributing to cost efficiency and schedule adherence.

You’ll engage with project managers, review quotations, maintain procurement schedules, and support estimating with budgetary quotations, while upholding company objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast-paced electrical procurement.
• Experience with procurement systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive requisitions for materials and equipment from project managers and field operations.
• Review and source materials and equipment per company practices.
• Solicit quotations from vendors and review for best economic value.
• Generate and distribute purchase orders following procedures.
• Track and expedit e orders and update scheduling in procurement system.
• Support estimating by obtaining budgetary quotations for materials.
• Prepare submittal documentation for project managers.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
