Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to manage a working group responsible for procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials and small tools. This hands-on leadership role combines supervision with direct involvement in sourcing and contract activities.

You will mentor Procurement Agents, oversee bid processes, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize cost, quality and delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ electrical procurement experience.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical equipment and construction materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor procurement staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, mentor and coach the procurement team to meet goals.
• Oversee and plan all procurement from pre-bid to closeout.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Regional Procurement Manager on bids and cost saving.
• Lead sourcing events and drive procurement value across regions.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures and DOA.
