The role requires handling vendor quotes, expediting orders, and supporting bids with accurate cost estimates. The position emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and the use of procurement systems; office software and Oracle are preferred tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical equipment and construction materials.
• Procurement techniques, procedures, policies, and accounting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive requisitions for materials and equipment from project managers and field operations.
• Review and source materials and equipment per procedures.
• Solicit supplier quotations and evaluate for best value.
• Generate and distribute purchase orders.
• Track and expeditе orders and update procurement scheduling.
• Support estimating with vendor budget quotations for bids.
• Prepare submittal documentation for project managers.
