Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Analyst in Coppell, TX. You will manage purchasing of general material and construction supplies, issue POs, release material, and expedite orders to support field projects. The role requires 2+ years in purchasing in the electrical industry and strong communication skills.

You will review requisitions, obtain quotes, prepare RFQs/RFPs, and coordinate with vendors and A/P to resolve invoicing issues. ESOP and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in purchasing or related field in the electrical industry.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews field requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
• Releases material from pre-negotiated blanket purchase orders and maintains tracking logs.
• Secures vendor quotations and processes requisitions for purchase.
• Prepares bid invitations for RFQ/RFP and levels vendor quotations.
• Expedites material delivery and resolves invoice problems with vendors and AP.
