The role emphasizes independence, detail orientation, and strong communication skills to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency for diverse customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in procurement preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP and inventory management applications.
• Self-starter able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities to meet customer demand per purchasing strategies.
• Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders; expediting when needed.
• Research vendors, assess items for quality, price, and delivery standards.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate returns for damaged goods.
• Communicate order status to customers and resolve supplier issues.
• Maintain supplier relationships and document cost-saving opportunities.
• Follow SOPs and ensure a professional, clean work environment.
