Job summary

Subway's Procurement Center of Excellence is a high‑visibility leadership role focused on building the digital and governance backbone for enterprise procurement. You will own analytics, reporting, and technology implementation to prove value and drive EBITDA improvements.

The COE Manager collaborates with VP Procurement across corporate spend, IT, FAF, and Beverages & Snacks, and aligns with Finance/FP&A for validated, Finance-approved outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement, supply chain analytics, or finance/tech related to procurement.
• Experience building spend analytics capabilities and dashboards.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms and CLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of the procurement digital stack.
• Own spend analytics, dashboards, and governance reporting for Procurement.
• Design and manage the savings tracking methodology across pillars.
• Build COE office with governance standards and policy documentation.
• Partner with FP&A on savings validation and period-end reconciliation.
• Prepare executive-ready reports for VP Procurement, CFO, and leadership.
