Job summary

Subway is establishing a new Procurement Center of Excellence. The COE Manager will own the digital stack, spend analytics, and executive dashboards to drive EBITDA improvements. You will partner with IT, FP&A, and Finance to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable processes.

This leadership role reports to the VP of Procurement and spans Corporate Spend, IT, FAF, Beverages & Snacks, with a focus on building from the ground up and delivering measurable savings across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, analytics, finance or tech closely connected to Procurement.
• Experience building or managing a spend analytics capability with data categorization and dashboards.
• Proficiency with enterprise procurement platforms and CLM systems; data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to design Finance‑validated savings tracking and partner with FP&A for validation.
• Strong project management, data skills, and executive reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack and spend analytics tech.
• Own spend analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting across procurement pillars.
• Design and manage the savings tracking methodology and pipeline with Finance validation.
• Build and govern COE office with policy, process maps, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT, FP&A, Legal and business units to ensure data quality and adoption.
