Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement – COE to lead the newly formed Center of Excellence within Procurement. You will own analytics, governance, and the digital stack to drive EBITDA improvement, partnering with VP Procurement and Finance to validate savings and deliver dashboards for executive leadership.

This role reports to the VP of Procurement and collaborates across Corporate Spend, IT, FAF, Beverages & Snacks, and Finance. Requires strong analytics and program management.

Qualifications

• Spend analytics: build analytics-ready data and identify savings opportunities.
• BI dashboards and executive-ready reporting is required.
• Experience with procurement tech and evaluation of tooling implementations.
• Proven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration in procurement transformations.
• Strong data management and process documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a digital stack for Procurement.
• Own platform performance, vendor relationships, and system integrations.
• Develop enterprise spend cube and provide analytics to inform sourcing.
• Create finance-grade savings tracking and governance reports.
• Build and run COE office with milestones, owners, and status updates.
• Partner with FP&A on savings validation and period-end reconciliation.
