Job summary

Subway is transforming its Procurement function and building a Center of Excellence. As Manager, Procurement – COE you will own the digital stack, data, analytics, reporting, and governance to prove value to the enterprise.

You will lead a hands-on effort with the VP and scale the function from the ground up. This role partners with Finance, IT, Legal and operations across Corporate Spend, IT, FAF, and Beverages & Snacks to drive EBITDA improvements through dashboards, spend analytics, and a

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement or analytics.
• Hands-on experience building spend analytics capability.
• Experience with enterprise procurement/spend analytics platforms (Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Spend HQ, Ivalua).
• Track record of designing and managing Finance-validated savings tracking.
• Experience in a build/transformation environment; not just maintaining systems.
• Strong project management skills; PMP a plus.
• Advanced Excel and data skills; Power BI/Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the COE infrastructure, governance, and reporting.
• Lead spend analytics, insights, and executive dashboards across procurement pillars.
• Design and manage the savings tracking methodology with Finance validation.
• Build and track the savings pipeline and ensure accountability across initiatives.
• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, Legal, and business teams for alignment and reporting.
