Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead the build-out of the COE, own analytics, governance, and reporting. You will manage the digital stack, drive spend analytics, and partner with FP&A on savings validation and EBITDA delivery.

The role requires experience in procurement tech, data management, and finance-facing reporting, with leadership responsibilities across multiple pillars and functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, supply chain analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on spend analytics, data cleansing, dashboard development.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms (Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba) and CLM.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of the digital procurement stack.
• Own technology governance, performance, integrations, and adoption.
• Build the spend cube and analytics to surface opportunities and savings.
• Design and own the savings tracking methodology and pipeline.
• Provide Finance-grade reports and executive-ready dashboards for leadership.
