Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead the transformation of our procurement platform, data, analytics, and governance. You will own the digital stack, build spend analytics, and deliver Finance‑grade reporting to executives.

You will collaborate with FP&A, IT, and Legal, establishing governance, savings tracking, and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions and EBITDA improvements across Corporate Spend, IT, FAF, Beverages & Snacks.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement, analytics, or related field.
• Experience building spend analytics capability with data cleansing and dashboard development.
• Track record designing Finance‑validated savings tracking processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack to drive EBITDA.
• Own spend analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting for senior leadership.
• Design and maintain the savings tracking methodology and pipeline.
• Build and run the COE office with governance standards and project milestones.
• Develop training programs and drive tool adoption across teams.
