Job summary

Subway is building a Procurement Center of Excellence and seeking a strategic leader to own data, analytics, and governance across the procurement landscape. You will drive technology choices, enable spend analytics, and embed finance-grade reporting with executive visibility.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will partner with IT, FP&A, and Legal to scale savings, improve EBITDA, and institutionalize procurement policy and governance at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in procurement, supply chain analytics, or related finance/technology roles.
• Experience designing finance-validated savings tracking and pipelines.
• Proven ability to build and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and implementation of Subway’s digital procurement stack.
• Build and maintain spend cube; deliver analytics-ready data foundation.
• Own savings tracking methodology and collaborate with FP&A for validation.
• Develop governance standards and COE processes; ensure credibility to executives.
• Provide cross-functional training and drive tool adoption across teams.
