Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing expertise in RFx design, bidding, and negotiation across indirect spend categories.
• Category management across multi-year roadmaps in indirect spend areas.
• Financial acumen to build business cases, model TCO, and translate savings to EBITDA impact.
• Proficiency with spend analytics tools and CLM to identify opportunities and track delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing execution within assigned indirect spend categories and drive demand management strategies.
• Develop and execute competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations with stakeholders.
• Own savings pipeline from opportunity to contracting and Finance validation, delivering EBITDA impact.
• Build trusted relationships with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership to align sourcing with business needs.
• Mentor sourcing analysts and support adoption of procurement technology and templates.
