Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to lead the transformation of our procurement function. You will own systems, data, analytics, reporting, and governance to prove value across the enterprise.

This hands-on leadership role partners with VP Procurement to build the digital foundation, establish dashboards, and drive EBITDA improvements. You will collaborate across Corporate Spend, IT, FP&A, and Legal to enable measurable savings and governance.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack.
• Own technology performance, vendor relationships, integrations, and ongoing improvements.
• Coordinate with IT on data feeds and integration architecture.
• Champion tool adoption through training and support.
• Build and maintain the enterprise spend cube and analytics-ready data foundation.
• Produce dashboards for real-time spend visibility to senior leadership.
• Design and own the savings tracking methodology across initiatives.
• Maintain the savings pipeline with ownership, delivery dates, confidence levels, and Finance validation.
• Establish procurement governance standards, policy documentation, and process maps.
