Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Project Manager – Procurement & Capital Projects for its Coffee Operating Unit in Sumner, WA. You will manage POs, supplier relations, and inventory while coordinating CAPEX initiatives from planning to installation.

The role requires SAP expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytics to drive cost savings and on-time project delivery. This is a full-time, first-shift position located at 3418 142nd Ave East, Sumner.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or PM-related field.
3–5 years of procurement, supply chain, or project management experience.
Experience managing purchase orders, supplier relationships, and inventory in SAP.
Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Create, issue, and manage POs for direct, indirect, and MRO materials.
Maintain SAP master data and vendor records; ensure data accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
Coordinate CAPEX projects with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Planning teams.
Track budgets, timelines, and project status; report to site leadership.
Support equipment startups and Kaizen/continuous improvement efforts.
