Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Project Manager – Engineering & Facilities Projects to lead capital and expense projects that improve equipment reliability and facility infrastructure across the site. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to develop scopes and execute solutions that minimize downtime and maximize safety and performance.

Lead planning, development, and execution of capital and expense projects focusing on equipment performance and facility upgrades.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and contractor activities to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Develop business cases, charters, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and startup readiness.
Oversee procurement, lead times, and startup activities to minimize downtime.
