Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Sumner location seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead safe, lean, and efficient Logistics and Shipping & Receiving operations at the Sumner facility.

You will manage a team of Logistics Specialists and Shipping & Receiving Clerks, drive continuous improvement with Kaizen, TPM, and 5S, and enforce GMP, PPE, OSHA and DOT safety practices. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in warehouse leadership, experience with MHE, capacity planning, FIFO,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory, delivery, or operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising frontline employees and presenting to leadership.
• Experience with MHE, capacity planning, loading, FIFO, and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inventory Control and Shipping & Receiving teams; develop and implement standard work processes.
• Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives using Kaizen, TPM, and 5S methodologies.
• Foster a high‑performance culture aligned with company values through servant leadership and clear communication.
• Enforce GMPs, PPE, OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, HR, Finance, and Safety.
• Manage schedules, payroll time edits, and KPIs; generate reports for leadership.
• Drive associate engagement and fair performance management.
• Conduct daily facility checks (safety equipment, dock doors, forklifts, cleanliness).
• Provide leadership coverage for logistics staff during absences.
