Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a senior project manager to lead cross-functional teams on hot beverage initiative projects. You will coordinate with internal partners to ensure alignment of scope and timelines, and act as the primary contact for deliverables with senior stakeholders.

You will help develop and improve formal PM methods across the Supply Chain Initiatives Team. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and project management experience, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or related field preferred (MBA desirable).
• PMP or PgMP certifications preferred.
• 5–10 years of supply chain experience and experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Experience in Consumer Products Goods and New Product Introduction.
• Proficient with Windows, Office Professional, Visio and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Planview or other PPM applications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to align requirements for new product initiatives.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Brand, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Supply Planning, external stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage all Supply Chain Planning development and integration activities for multiple projects.
• Prioritize multiple deliverables and drive successful execution.
• Communicate project requirements and launch strategy to manufacturing plants.
• Maintain tracking/reporting tools for project deliverables and timelines.
• Identify root causes of supply chain gaps and mitigate risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues.
• Use PM tools to track progress and generate status reports for senior management.
• Lead initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and tools.
