Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Project Manager – Engineering & Facilities Projects to lead capital and expense projects that boost equipment reliability, manufacturing performance, and facility infrastructure. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, CI, Engineering, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety and compliance.

This role supports the Coffee Operating Unit and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, project management, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of capital/expense projects focused on equipment performance and facility upgrades.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and contractor activities to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop business cases, project charters, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to align priorities and startup readiness.
• Oversee supplier onboarding and maintain relationships with manufacturers and service providers.
• Monitor milestones, risks, budgets, and project status for site leadership.
