Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Senior Manager of Sourcing and Category Strategy to lead Capex, MRO, and utilities across a multi-site North America network. You will guide supplier governance, model total cost of ownership, and drive value while maintaining uptime and project schedules.

You will manage a team of category managers, collaborate with Global Sourcing, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance and Legal, and travel for supplier reviews and negotiations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience sourcing capital equipment, MRO, utilities and energy.
• Proven track record leading bid events and negotiations with measurable improvements.
• Expert in should-cost, TCO and lifecycle costing methods.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and analytics skills; ability to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy for Capex, MRO, services, and utilities; build multi-year roadmaps.
• Own bid events and develop award strategies prioritizing cost, uptime, and service.
• Create should-cost, TCO, and lifecycle-cost models; manage escalation and inflation risk.
• Develop market intelligence and prepare annual operating plans and savings models.
• Embed procurement early in capital planning with Engineering and Capital Projects; drive standardization.
• Partner with Maintenance and Reliability to optimize MRO parts and inventory.
