Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a Director of Procurement & Category Management – Logistics & Warehousing to own sourcing across truckload, LTL, intermodal, parcel, ocean/air freight, 3PL, and contract warehousing. The role leads a team, partners with Operations, Finance, Legal and Sustainability, and shapes strategy for cost, service, and resiliency in North America.

Based in Burlington, MA (or Montreal, QC or Essex, VT) with hybrid schedule, the position requires travel for supplier reviews,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or logistics experience.
• Experience sourcing transportation and warehousing services across multiple modes.
• Proven record leading large-scale freight bid events and negotiations.
• Knowledge of freight rate structures, fuel surcharges, and pricing mechanics.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA standards and carrier safety requirements.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category strategy for logistics & warehousing spend.
• Lead bid events, RFPs, and lane-level award strategies.
• Develop cost-to-serve models and manage carrier rate programs.
• Negotiate master transportation, warehousing, and SLAs.
• Build and manage 3PL relationships and contract warehousing.
• Drive supply chain design improvements and freight consolidation.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and performance reviews with providers.
• Develop a high-performing procurement team and cross-functional partnerships.
