Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Sumner, WA to lead safe, efficient, and lean logistics operations for inbound/outbound activities. You will manage a team of Logistics Specialists and Shipping & Receiving Clerks, drive continuous improvement, and uphold safety culture.

Three years of warehouse leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with MHE and MS Office are preferred. Competitive salary range with full benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse management, inventory, delivery, or operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership supervising frontline employees and presenting to leadership.
• Experience with MHE, capacity planning, loading, FIFO and logistics.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inventory Control and Shipping & Receiving teams; develop and implement standard work processes.
• Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives using Kaizen, TPM, and 5S methodologies.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with KDP values through servant leadership and clear communication.
• Enforce compliance with GMPs, PPE requirements, OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations.
• Ensure collaboration between Logistics and cross-functional departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, HR, Finance, Safety).
• Manage schedules, payroll time edits, and KPIs; generate reports for leadership.
• Drive associate engagement and accountability with fair performance management.
• Conduct daily facility checks (safety equipment, dock doors, forklifts, cleanliness).
• Provide leadership coverage for logistics staff during absences.
