Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Sourcing for its North America manufacturing and distribution network.

The role focuses on capital equipment, MRO supplies, spare parts, and utilities, ensuring uptime, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. This position reports to North America Procurement leadership and is based in Burlington, MA, with hybrid work options and travel for supplier reviews and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience sourcing capital equipment and projects, MRO supplies and services.
• Proven record leading bid events and negotiating capex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Owns category strategy across Capex, MRO, MRO services, and Utilities & Telecom.
• Lead bid events; design award strategies to maximize value while protecting uptime.
• Develop should-cost, TCO, and lifecycle-cost models; manage escalation and inflation exposure.
• Embed procurement in capital planning with Engineering and Capital Projects.
• Source and manage MRO and maintenance services agreements with SLAs and safety requirements.
• Develop supplier KPIs and governance with scorecards and reviews.
