Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in purchasing or related field in electrical industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews field requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
• Releases material from blanket purchase orders and maintains tracking logs.
• Secure vendor quotations and process requisitions for purchase.
• Prepare bid invitations for RFQ/RFP and level vendor quotations.
• Expedite material delivery and manage back orders to support field production.
• Review and approve invoices; interface with A/P to resolve issues.
