Job summary

Rosendin in Houston seeks a Procurement Analyst to purchase general material and construction supplies, issue purchase orders, release material from existing orders, and expedite material to keep field projects on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. An Electrical industry background is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in purchasing or related field in the electrical industry.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, reviews field requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
• Releases material from blanket purchase orders and tracks quantities released.
• Secures vendor quotations on requisitions.
• Processes requisitions for purchase.
• Prepares bid invitations for RFQ / RFP.
• Expedites orders to ensure timely delivery to site.
• Handle returns to secure proper and timely credits.
• Review invoices and resolve issues with AP.
