• Drive transformation across requisition, PO, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across functions.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, and governance.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, tests.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members; contribute to proposals and demos.
