Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to optimize procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvements and technology implementation.

You will lead cross-functional engagements, design future-state processes, and drive value realization across clients with travel up to 60% to client sites as needed. This role requires strong P2P knowledge and stakeholder management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of Procure to Pay or related experience.
• Experience leading P2P transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify improvements.
• Drive transformation across requisition management, PO processing, invoicing and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from procurement, finance, operations and shared services.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, governance, and tech requirements.
• Translate needs into requirements, flows, user stories, tests and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training and adoption of procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reduce cycle times.
• Manage risks, dependencies and executive communications; mentor team members.
• Support business development with proposals, demos, and estimates.
