Job summary

You will collaborate with procurement, finance, shared services and IT, mentor team members, and travel up to 60% to client sites to deliver measurable improvements and support business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of relevant P2P/Procurement/Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment processes and controls.
• Experience producing process maps, requirements, specs, test plans, and implementation docs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing P2P transformation engagements and deliver project outcomes.
• Assess procure-to-pay operations to identify improvements.
• Drive initiatives across requisition, PO, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across functions.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, and governance structures.
• Translate needs into requirements, flows, user stories, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training, deployment, and adoption of procurement tech.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reduce cycle times.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members; maintain delivery quality.
• Support business development activities including proposals and demos.
