Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay practice to help clients optimize procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement, technology implementation, and operating model transformation.

You will lead engagement workstreams across business process assessment, future-state design, technology deployment, and value realization, collaborating with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT stakeholders. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in P2P, Procurement Ops, AP, Shared Services, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procure ment or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and controls.
• Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specs, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel as required; travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and AP operations to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition, PO, invoice processing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, AP, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, tests, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and boost efficiency.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery.
• Support business development activities including proposals, demos, client presentations, and estimates.
