Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay practice to lead client-facing transformation engagements across requisition, PO, and invoice processing. You will partner with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to drive process improvement and technology-enabled solutions, with travel up to 60%.

You will design future-state operating models, define requirements, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality outcomes for diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years of Procure to Pay, Procurement Operations or Related Consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with leading P2P transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and AP operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition, PO, invoice processing, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholder teams and define future-state processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, test plans, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications; mentor junior staff.
