Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Procure to Pay or related experience.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformations.
• Hands-on with procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing P2P transformation engagements.
• Assess procurement and AP operations for improvements.
• Drive requisition, PO, invoice processing and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across functions.
• Define future-state processes, governance, and tech needs.
• Translate needs into requirements, tests, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, testing, training, and adoption.
• Identify compliance, automation, and efficiency opportunities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Mentor team members and support business development.
