Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice to lead transformation engagements and optimize procurement and accounts payable operations for clients. You'll collaborate with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency, compliance, and supplier collaboration, traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5–8 years of Procure to Pay or related experience.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and AP operations to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation across requisition, PO processing, invoice processing, AP and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, AP, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, governance, and tech requirements.
• Translate business needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and deployment plans.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and executive communications.
• Lead and mentor team members while maintaining delivery standards.
• Support business development including proposals, demos, and estimates.
