Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 5–8 years of relevant P2P/Procurement experience.
• Experience leading P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, or similar.
• Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows.
• Experience creating process maps, BRDs, test plans, and docs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations for improvements.
• Drive initiatives across requisition, PO, invoice, AP, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define future-state processes and governance structures.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and deployment plans.
• Support deployment, testing, training, and adoption activities.
